Chris Richter
President
Since he began his career 30 years ago as a Project Manager for the Bouma Corporation, Chris understands the realities of day-to-day operations as well as issues involved in managing a Professional Corporation. Before starting RCI in 2012, Chris was the Vice President of Cole Inc., a commercial and industrial contractor located in Cadillac, MI. As President of RCI, he oversees sales, contracts, establishment of policies, employee training and business operations. His emphasis on safety has proven to be a valuable cost benefit to the company and its clients, resulting in a lower L&I rate and a safer, more efficient work environment.
Joel Richter

With over 60 years of experience in all phases of construction, Joel has deep industry knowledge, coupled with a positive team building approach, an entrepreneurial spirit, and high achievement standards that have proven to be a successful formula for the success of ALL RCI projects.

Vice President
Kyle is a skilled Project Manager & Estimator with more than 12 years of experience in the construction industry. With a focus on relationship development, he looks to assemble the best possible team for every project. Immersed in construction from a young age, Kyle developed the technical skills and understanding which allow him to work shoulder to shoulder with each client to provide optimum service.
