Since he began his career 30 years ago as a Project Manager for the Bouma Corporation, Chris understands the realities of day-to-day operations as well as issues involved in managing a Professional Corporation. Before starting RCI in 2012, Chris was the Vice President of Cole Inc., a commercial and industrial contractor located in Cadillac, MI. As President of RCI, he oversees sales, contracts, establishment of policies, employee training and business operations. His emphasis on safety has proven to be a valuable cost benefit to the company and its clients, resulting in a lower L&I rate and a safer, more efficient work environment.
